The new buyer paid full price; paid franchisor transfer fee; and we were able to renegotiate a new 6 year lease with the landlord; removing the current seller from future lease liability and preventing absentee owner from going dark.

This franchise resale was listed on the market for 6 months with a local business brokerage. The local broker informed seller their business was not salable.
